After working for two other appraisal companies I struck out on my own in May of 2001 and formed Frank Hennessey & Associates Inc.

I handle typical single family homes purchases and refinances, small income properties such as duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes, estate work for lawyers, individuals and charitable trusts. I’ve received orders from Alaska to Minnesota to New York for everthing from typical refinances to date of death valuations of homes to  vacant land.

I receive appraisal requests from individuals for listing purposes, divorce, bankruptcy,  or those just curious to know what their property is worth. I also receive appraisal orders from local banks, and appraisal management companies.

Local realtors are critical to understanding what is going on in your neighborhood and I have built up some long term contacts and sources. In addition, I belong to the Tucson MLS, Green Valley MLS and Snata Cruz County MLS systems.
